3M Stray Adhesive 6070 is an excellent adhesive for bonding Styrofoam together and to other materials like fabrics, ribbons, cardboard, paper, sequins, and wood. Use it in place of silicone adhesives, tapes, and pins. Adhesive spray dries to a light yellow hue. Fast drying formula. Permanent bond.

This product is perfect for combining Styrofoam into blocks to pad the interior of a box carrying delicate electronics. I plan to continue using it for other padding projects.

This works very well. You can instantly adhere paper to the styrofoam, and it does not leak through the paper.
