This purchase was the first time I've ever used frisket, and I'm very happy with the results. I used it for masking highlights on hair while I saturated the background with charcoal. There was no flooding of the charcoal into the masked areas even a tiny bit. So I'm very happy with that. The frisket was easy to remove as well and there was no traces of the orange color left on my drawing paper. However, I did apply some frisket a little too thinly and left it on longer than I should have (about a week) so it took a little bit of effort to get it off, but not too much. It comes off easily also wtih a eraser too. The frisket worked for me and I will continue to use it.

The frisket is very good. I used it on a charcoal drawing on Arches watercolor paper and it was very easy to lift off. Also it did not stain my paper. Be careful not to leave it on too long or put it on too thinly or else it may take more effort to remove. I would definitely use it again. I really liked the results I got.

I was surprised by how easy this is to use. Went on very well and in very intricate areas and came off just as easily. No paint seeped under and the area painted well after removing it. I did have to get rid of my paint bush after use because I couldn't clean it out of the brush but I used a very old and worn brush to begin with. I will be using this a lot!

I have started to paint again after a four year absence. Today I used my 4+ year old Miskit and shook it quite awhile and I then applied it to my work and it was perfect. Make sure you are keeping the inside lid intact.

This item masks fantastic, but you must take it off as soon as your paint drys. I have bought 3 bottles of this and each time I've only been able to use it a couple of times because the contents dry out no matter how tight you put the lid on!!!
