I highly recommend the use of this booklet; whether you are following the traditional marshalling of the coat of arms for geneology purposes or simply "inventing" your own family heraldry for a Fathers' Day project, the templates, rationale and history is all here! Particularly useful, is the different native lands' symbols, colors and blazonry, so you and your children can incorporate your ancestors into your modern creation. Our coat of arms did wind up having an "iPod" as the 'FESS' (middle) of our shield! What a great family project!
