I bought this for my talented 5 year old and it was a bit difficult for her, but she enjoyed coloring it with my help. Her 21 year old cousin, however, became quickly addicted to it. We all loved the patterns. These books are excellent.

If you are new to Stained Glass Coloring books you might want to start with something less complex or even smaller. However, I'd suggest this for anyone who is interested in a new and exciting coloring adventure. I tested several different brands of markers, colored pencils, and actual paints. I found that I was most satisfied with the look and feel of the colored pencils. I know that MisterArt.com offers various brands and sizes of colored pencils, so order them together. The more colors the better! This book is good for those who appreciate modern and deco art. Be prepared to dedicate a few hours coloring each page. It's great if you love to color, but also if you love the look of stained glass. I have hung these in my windows, wraped them around glass candle holders, and even included them as decoration for scrapbook pages. I rated the as four stars because there is really no easy way to take them out of the book. The pages are not perforated. In the end, I removed the staples from the entire book and cut the pages individually from eachother. It wasn't that difficult, but more work than I had bargained for. Overall, a great book for those of us who are looking for something modern and different.
