Thomas V. Nash is a national award winning American portrait artist. His paintings can be found in university and corporate boardrooms, the Georgia Capitol and the U.S. Capitol. His portraits of men, women and children are also found in private collections throughout the U.S.
Silver Brush has created a range of brushes to the specifications of Mr. Nash. These three portrait brush sets contain the essential brushes that Thomas Nash uses in his portraiture work.
Portrait Set contains seven brushes: three Grand Prix Superb White Bristle Filberts (sizes 2, 4, and 6), one Silverstone Superior White Bristle Flat (size 10), one Renaissance Pure Red Sable Round (size 6), one Renaissance Pure Red Sable Bright (size 5), and one Renaissance Pure Red Sable Cats Tongue (size 8).
Intermediate Portrait Set contains 13 brushes: one Ruby Satin Flat (size 2), three Silverstone Flats (sizes 4, 6, and 10), one Silverstone Filbert (size 6), three Grand Pix Xtra Long Filberts (sizes 2, 3, and 4), two Renaissance Rounds (sizes 1 and 6), one Renaissance Bright (size 5), and two Renaissance Cats Tongues (sizes 6 and 8).
Master Portrait Set contains 23 brushes: five Grand Prix Filberts (two each of sizes 2 and 4; one size 6), two Grand Prix Flats (sizes 4 and 10), five Grand Prix Xtra Long Filberts (sizes 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8), two Renaissance Rounds (sizes 3 and 6), two Renaissance Brights (sizes 5 and 8), four Renaissance Cats Tongues (two of size 6; one each of sizes 8 and 10), one Ruby Satin Flat (size 2), one Alpine White Blender (size 1), and one Silver Kolinsky Round (size 6).
Both the Intermediate and Master Portrait Sets also come with a free Long Handle Travel Tote for transporting your brushes.
