Art Glazes

Speckled, spectacular, unique, and beautiful. No two firings are exactly the same; application and shape of the ware influence the final finish.

These glazes have totally transformed my work! They are gorgeous, textural, wonderfully articulated and all over fabulous. If you haven't tried them load up your cart - you're in for a treat. Ciao - happy art making!

Maple Sugar ceramic glaze: I treated it a bit different. Brushed it on a project of imbedded leaf pieces then washed some of it off especially around the outside of the leaves. It was beautiful after firing really looked like fall leaves, colors were actually the dark brown with some gold and alot of it was actually a matte finish.

This is very interesting glaze. One coat of Indian Summer on a rough texture will give an almost mettalic old gold appearance. Three coats gives a deep mottled amber. Versatility and ease of use makes this a necessity in any ceramic studio--THANKS!
