Keeps acrylic paints smooth and makes them penetrate the fabric just as described. Ironing will make the garment washable. There is an error on the bottle. It states that two parts medium should be mixed with one part paint. this is incorrect. I contacted the PLAID customer service because it appeared to result in very diluted colors. It's actually TWO parts PAINT and ONE part MEDIUM according to the email response from PLAID. I used this mixing ratio, and it works well. If glitter or powders are mixed into the acrylic paint, it's THREE parts paint and ONE part MEDIUM, according to the PLAID representative.
