Convenient sets include everything you need to dye T-shirts. Large set (dyes up to 15 shirts) contains three applicator bottles of primary dyes (red, blue, and yellow), soda ash dye fixer, rubber bands, rubber gloves, one extra color mixing bottle, and instructions. Small set (dyes up to five shirts) includes rubber gloves, three applicator bottles of primary colors, rubber bands, and dye fixer. The dye in the sets are procion MX fiber reactive.

The Jacquard Tye Dye Kit offers everything you need with easy to follow instructions. In addition, the kit states it will dye 15 t-shirts and is capable of dyeing much more if you desire. I had a great time creating special items with this kit.

I have used this kit for the past 3 years at my sons' birthday party. The kit is very easy to use and directions are easy to follow. The colors are bright and stay that way (unlike other kits I have used in the past). We get many happy compliments every year. Well worth the money!

The Jacquard tie dye kit is great! The directions are easy to follow, and it has everything you need to make really beautiful tie dye shirts that stay bright and bold through many washings. My sister even makes darling tie dye onesies as baby shower gifts. Kids get amazing results with just a little adult supervision. And you will get so many compliments when you wear your projects. This is a GREAT KIT! The instructional DVD really took away any fear I had about attempting tie-dye for the first time (it was the reason I chose to buy this kit, and it did not dissapoint). If you are looking for some "help" and to make great tie-dye, you've come to the right place!! ENJOY!

I used the kit at my son's preschool with fifteen 4 and 5 year-olds. We dyed t-shirts with the Jacquard tie-dye kit and they turned out great. The kids had fun, the shirts looked great and the bright colors impressed the parents. I am ready to do this again! Great product.

I bought this kit for my daughter to use with her dad. This kit comes with everything needed to tie-dye a lot of items and is very easy to use. The dyes are excellent and very bright. The clothes are colorfast and can be washed with the normal laundry. The only drawback is the amount of yellow dye included. The kit comes with three primary color dyes and an extra bottle to mix a secondary color. If you decide to mix the secondary color however,almost all of the yellow dye is required, leaving very little yellow left to use.

The dye colors were very bright and the kit was easy to use. I didn't like that the shirts had to stay in a bag for 24 hour before seeing the results. If you have kids using this kit they will want to see what they have done right away. Even 12 hours would not have been bad, which is what I did and seems to be OK. Also if you only want to dye a couple of things then put the kit away, forget it. You must use all the dye and soda ash within 2 weeks. Being able to mix smaller quantities would have been nice. Overall it was a nice kit, but it could use a little tweeking.

I highly recommend this kit. The dyes come out very bright. However, you may want to purchase additional colors, such as purple, green and orange. The colors provided in the kit are: red, blue and yellow plus an empty bottle to mix another color.

My kids and I had a blast making t-shirts together. It's easy and fun for everybody. We used another brand before with less than expected results. These colors are bright and stayed bright after washing.

My daughter loves this kit. She is 11 and just finished making her first shirt it came out great, and I didn't need to help her with it. She made a great shirt, and got a good sense of accomplishment. The big kit will make plenty of shirts! WE are very happy with this item.

We bought three of the large kits for our VBS youth group. The group consisted of 33 pre-teens, ages 12-15. This went over wonderfully! We had them put large trash bags over their clothes, bought extra gloves, and let them have it....they had a blast! There was plenty of dye for all of them to use as much as they wanted. It was a huge success, and now I plan to buy the small kit for my own kiddos at home!

Great kit w/quality dyes. Only complaint is that you have to use the dyes within a few weeks of mixing. I'd like to have smaller bottles and divided portions to mix when needed.

The kit was easy to use and the colors were vibrant. There was ample dye in the large kit - we tie dyed 15 long sleeve youth T-shirts (sizes L and XL) and 3 adult short sleeve shirts and still had some dye left over. There were a few designs on the front of the box that we could not figure out how the shirts were folded to achieve the effect. It would be helpful to label the designs on the box to correspond with the inside instructions to make it easier to get the look you want.

Used this kit with 4 children (10-15) to do a yearly "tie dyeing" event out on the lawn... works wonderfully, and allows everyone to do their own thing. Best product for family tie dyeing, bright and shiny colors, even after many washes.

This is an easy way to do Tie Dye. I did it with my 5 year old and it was fun and easy. colors are beautiful. everything is included (rubber gloves, rubber bands, dye) all you need to add is water and a garment to dye.

I've used many different kits & dyes through many project with Cub Scouts and Women's Clubs - and this is by far the best kit. The dyes are deep and rich, the color sets well when directions are followed, and I have four-year old shirts that are still vibrant. Worth the money, hands-down!

I bought the kits to make tie die shirts for 4th of july. these are truth colors. My shirts were washed several time already and the colors didn't fade. It's a good product. I used to buy other tie die kits from other brands but the colors will fade after a wash or two.

This kit was great. Very easy to follow the instructions... we had to purchase extra gloves and rubber bands so everyone could participate. I also purchased extra dye colors, but if you do this, keep in mind you will need extra applicator bottles, which i found out are hard to find. we used one extra color and we had wonderful results with just four colors. it was fun and easy for my 8 year old and equally as fun for myself and Grandma. I would recommend it for anyone, anytime.

I ordered 4 kits for my Home Ec. Classes and they were great. I actually got more out of them than 15 shirts a piece. I bought a few extra colors in the powdered form and mixed them myself though. That may be why i had extra.

I've tried several sets, and different dyes, all with poor results. This is the first set we used where the colors are vivid, and everything works as expected. My son and I made a few more then 3 years ago, and all of them are still as bright and vivid as day one, and I get asked about them whenever I wear them. Awesome ..
