Designer "Dries White" Adhesive is an opaque, white adhesive used to change transparent "crystal" from "ice" to "snow". Make Santa's beard or fur trim a fluffy white or freehand write on dark surfaces in white writing. (Do not use under opaque glitter). Dries White gives any transparent glitter a solid, opaque quality. It blocks out background color and makes the transparent glitter act more like acrylic paint. Under "Glow in the Dark" glitter, it really glows!
