I really like this loom. I got a beading loom for my daughter for her birthday a couple of years ago, but it was made of plastic and did not hold the threads tight enough, which made the weaving very difficult. She gave up on it pretty quickly. But this one holds the thread tight and works much better. One thing I did have to do was add a washer before putting the screw through the wooden dowel. The head of the screw should be bigger; it slips into the hole in the dowel. Once I put a washer on each screw, it held great and did not slip.

A wonderful loom for everyone. Very easy to work with and sturdy. I make beaded jewelry in my free time and find this loom to be a great help in expanding my design possibilities.
