Features strong steel body, brass anvil, yellow non-slip handle grips, and adjustable, locking wheel. Deluxe rotary wheel makes holes in leather with six different hole sizes: 1/16 in. though 1/4 in. Threaded steel punch tubes can be replaced when damaged or dull. Measures 9 in. in length.
