This is an excellent knife for carving if you have small hands. It fits nice an snug and is very easy to use both safely and accurately. I think it is the best and I own two and have a new one coming. (I don't like to change blades so I have a different blade in each of my woodcarving handles.) The blades that fit this handle are sharp and easy to use too. I highly recommend this knife and its blades.
