Transfer images from photographs, color photocopies, newspapers, and magazines by brushing onto image, baking, and peeling off.
Tint with Genesis Artist Colors from Amaco, oil paints or dry pigments to create your own colors for painting onto wood and metal or onto unbaked polymer clay designs.
Liquid FIMO Decorating Gel is also an excellent adhesion medium for connecting unbaked or baked polymer clay.

Liquid FIMO hardens in any home oven at 265 F in 15-20 minutes.

This adds a very nice glaze, but it doesn't seem to harden. It maintains a rubbery texture even after using a heat gun and oven. It's entirely possible that that's due to a lack of experience with the product on my part, but after three curing attempts, I would think if it was going to attain a hardened state, it would have done so. Still, the finish is clear, just not hard.

Great product that I have used in dollmaking. The only issue I have is yellowing.

This is great if you're looking for something thicker than TLS. It has a wide variety of uses...my favorite being a coating on my plastic dolls eyes to make them look like glass.

This stuff is GREAT! I've used it on transfers, like glue,& now I use it for just a nice glaze on things I can't sand that well. It doesn't take sanding very well, it seems to do better WITHOUT sanding. bakes to a HIGH gloss finish. I thinking it will be wonderful to do a faux dirohic, but haven't had a chance to try it yet.....

Fimo gel is a wonderful product! It's vastly superior to Translucent Liquid Sculpey, its main competitor. The transparency is almost unbelievable, and it transfers images from photo paper to clay beautifully. I've recommended it to everybody I know who works in polymer clay.

So far I am not sure how to even use this product. But with all the clays & stuff I got I decided I may use it. I do think that additional info. on this product should have been available. But I just bought a few books on how to use these products so I should be able to learn. Love trying new crafts. MisterArt has great prices and shipping was fast and with no problems. I'll be back again! I live not far from a college and telling many students about MisterArt website.
