I bought this to use for a variety of crafts, and I've been quite happy with it. The .005 is good enough for making custom stencils. A little thin, but it does the job. I've also used it for windows in card making. Overall very happy with this product.

This was great for crafts. I used it for Pillow Boxes.

Really great product, good pricing. I use these to put my image on for silk screening and it's really easy to draw on with ink.

Used to cut stencils - works pretty decent

Bought the .005 acetate, 17x24. mounted 20 pieces of art (W/C on paper) each on a separate piece of foam board with an acetate overlay on each, held along the top with artist's tape. Pressed a new product called FoamFast Hanger into back, which allowed each foam board to hang on vertical rods, unframed. Great exhibit, and took a only a few minutes to complete each piece, ready to hang. Looks terrific.

This is a new item for my use, however so far it has made my work eaiser and more of a timeless, sort of effortless approach to stenciling.

Since scrapbooking overlays are so expensive, I bought the acetate alternative in an attempt to make my own. In using the 14x17 sheets I can make a 12x12 page and have left overs for cards, tags, or picture frames. I use staz on ink, or slick writers and rubberstamps, and I have wonderful, personal overlays at a much more economical cost! I would recommend this product to all scrapbookers who enjoy taking the time to add personal touches to their books.

This item is great for card making. It works great for shaker cards.

I am SO glad that I found MisterArt.com! I had been searching for something to use as "windows" that was in the price range that I could afford to complete shaker boxes for scrapbooking. The .005 mil thickness is perfect for that application. When I had a question about the product after ordering, my email was answered promptly and courteously.

I'm working on a project which requires "finishing" with .003 mil acetate, which I will have to cut to size to fit small wooden blocks. The Graphix acetate pack provides quality, acid-free acetate in a convenient size and good price. Nice to have this option rather than purchasing a large roll that would be excessive for my purpose.

This is a great acetate for any number of different applications. The .003 thickness was a bit too thin for my needs.

I used this product for making a set of templates to plan out scrapbooking layouts. I love my finished and completely customized results! I wish the product was a tiny bit thicker, but other than that, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I am a sewist and bought fabric with large designs on it. I wanted to make a dress but I wanted to control where the design elements were placed on the dress. I cut out my paper pattern pieces and then cut them out of the large size of Clear-Lay. Next I put the Clear-Lay pattern pieces on my fabric to be cut out. Because Clear-Lay is transparent I could see where I wanted squares, stripes, flowers, etc. to go on the dress. Then I cut out the dress pieces following along the Clear-Lay pattern pieces. Now I had my design elements in the fabric where I wanted them to be in the cut-out fabric pieces. This product would be useful for sewists to match stripes, plaids or any kind of patterned fabric.
