Fantastic colors. We tie dye t-shirts for a volleyball memorial tournament. Found these, after Rainbow Rock discontinued. Couldn't figure how much to buy though, as they do not tell you, how much 2/3 oz (jar) translates into, except 1 tbsp does 1 lb fabric. Approx. 8 tsp in a jar and makes 4 cups of dye. 2 tsp per cup. Urea was 1 tbsp per cup.

This is great dye! Works great in a large bin of water or small bottles. The color is wonderful, holds well, and items come out wonderful. Highly recommended!

These dyes are excellent. I used them to tie dye beach towels and they have really kept their color. So many colors to choose from and a little goes a long way.

This is the best product for dying cotton fabrics. I always get bright, intense, long lasting colors. It is a hit with the kids I work with at my church.

I used this dye to tie dye t-shirts for my grandchildren and my Sunday School Class. The colors are wonderful and stay bright after washing, and it is much more economical than buying a kit. I love the color selection, too--all the girls especially love the Bubblegum pink.

It has been years since I made batiks, but I wanted to go back to it, so I ordered some of the dyes and fixatives. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. I recommend latex gloves. My fingertips were colorful for days!

Jacquard Fiber Reactive dyes are by far the easiest to use and also very easy to clean up. They're also one of the least expensive among fiber reactive dyes. I make about 20 tie-dyed tshirts per week and I wouldn't think of using any other kind of dye!

The Procion MX Dyes are awesome. I've dyed curtains, towels, shirts, and baby clothes the colors are very eye catching. Just make sure you get plenty of yellow it goes fast.

Once I decided I wanted to tie dye I found the MisterArt.com site and got absolutely everything I needed. The dyes are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased about 12 different colors and soda ash after learning that Procion MX was THE best for dying cotton. My extended family then spent a whole long weekend outdoors taking turns tie dying t-shirts, sheets, and other even some underwear. Everyone had fun being creative and admiring each other's masterpieces. MisterArt made the purchase and delivery easy and affordable.

We wanted to tie-dye table cloths for our 1972 highschool class reunion, so I ordered all the dye from Misterart. We ordered 1 bottle each of 6 different colors along with Jacquard Urea (to make liquid wet longer) and Jacquard Synthapol (to wash out remaining dye). We used "Better than Linen" paper wedding cloths (both round and rectangular). We tied the cloths dry using plastic zip ties and then soaked in soda ash solution for 5 minutes. We mixed 1 teaspoon of dye, 1 tablespoon of urea and 8 oz water in plastic hair dye bottles with nozzle dispensers. We applied the different colors of dye making a rainbow effect (yellow at top, then orange, then magenta, then green, then ice blue, then purple. The next day we cut the zip ties and carefully unfolded the still damp cloths and actually laundered on the gentle cycle (two at a time) with the Synapol and dried in dryer. After starching and ironing, they came out beautifully with bright brilliant colors! We dyed a total of 12 82" round and 3 7 foot rectangular cloths along with 4 t-shirts and still have enough dye left to color several more shirts or cloths. I couldn't be happier with these products! The colors are so bright and brilliant. The distributor of the PAPER tablecloths simply could not believe the pictures or that we were able to dye and launder their paper products. Thanks so much for helping make our "Remember the 70's Reunion" a tremendous success!

My first dyeing experience has been using Procion MX. I apply it directly to yarn for hand-painted yarn effects. It has been a great introduction to dyeing. Procion MX is easy to use. Additionally, the company that produces the dye, Jacquard, is very supportive of questions regarding their products. I see no reason to use any other brand of dye.

I am so glad I found this website and found the Procion MX fiber reactive dyes. I've already used all the dyes I ordered in January. I teach tie-dye classes, and the dyes give great results!

That's great product. I'll come back to Misterart again if I need this kind of dye again.

I love procion dyes for tie dyes. The colors are rich and bright. The outfits I have made have mostly been for my kids. They take a lot of abuse. They also don't fade with a lot of washing.

I love these dyes for batik painting. I brought all the colors with me to Malaysia where I am living and just love the results. Much nicer than the local dyes available. My friends want me to leave them when I come back to the states

These dyes can also be used for mixed media work on paper. I dilute about 1/8th of a teaspoon to about 3 ounces of water in a bottle that has a spout (such as a hair colour applicator bottle). The avacado green is beautiful & is great when used with quin. gold (Golden fluid acrylics) and burnt sienna. Besides the lovely colour, it's a great bargain, as it is highly concentrated.

I'd only ever used Rit dyes before, but after using Procion, I'll never go back. The difference is like night and day! Used about 1.5 oz to dye a 10'x14' cotton muslin backdrop, and the color came out exactly as I expected, with no spotting, no stains in my washing machine, either! Good stuff.

Procion Dyes are wonderful! No comparison to Rit. Permanent, easy, and won't fade. MisterArt.Com isn't bad either. My order was perfect and delivered quickly.

This is a great product. I use it for tie-dye and would recommend it to anyone for that purpose.

The Jacquard Procion MX Riber Reactive Dyes are wonderful! I've used other dyes that require chemical water and activating agents, (and they are excellent dyes) but these are so EASY to use. Just add water and paint away! The convenience makes it easy to do a project on the spur of the moment and in less time, and the results are great.

These dyes for strong long-lasting colors gave me very vivid colors and I was able to attain the effects I desired. Remember to use soda ash on the fabric before using the dyes.

Very easy to mix, beautiful results. I am still within the first few washes, but so far there has been zero fading. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

These dyes are excellenT!!! Perfect for tye dying projects. Colors come out very vivid, vibrant and DO NOT FADE. As long as you wash the garment them in Synthropol before and after. Another jacquard product available through this site. Follow all directions found on this site for tye dying. IE: soda ash pre soak.

I used this product to change the accent color on a wool area rug that I purchased on line. The colors weren't quite right and I did not want to return the rug (shipping costs, hassle...). I used the emerald green to change a light pink area to a medium green and I used the medium blue to change a lilac area to blue. WOW - for just a few dollars and 30 minutes of work I have a perfectly color coordinated wool area rug. Thanks!!
