Formulated with fast-drying alkyd-acrylic copolymers combining the brushing ease, adhesion, and solvent resistance of alkyd enamel with the fast-drying and color clarity of acrylic lacquer. Colors are semi-transparent and can be roughed in, slightly overlapping the copy line without hiding. Able to use on metal and outdoors. Before applying Fluorescent Colors to any vinyl surface, "1 SHOT"® Vinyl Primer must be applied. These colors are available in 4-ounce (118 ml) cans.
