Saral Transfer Paper is wax free transfer paper (also known as graphite paper or tracing paper) made for general and specialized use that allows you to transfer your design from a sketch, pattern, template or free hand to any surface. It makes clean, crisp tracings that can be erased and painted over. It's great for tole painting, fabric painting, fine arts and watercolor painting, quilting, dress making, commercial and graphic arts, architecture, wood working, ceramics, stained glass, metal working and it's acid-free for scrapbooking.

Because Saral Transfer Paper is wax free it gives the advantage of erasing like pencil with no smear or smudge. It can be inked or painted over with no skipping or bleeding. The transfer lines can be sponged, washed out or brushed off of fabric, and a hot iron will not set Saral Transfer Paper as it will other tracing or transfer papers made for fabrics. Saral is economical and can be used again and again.

All Saral transfe papers conform to ASTMD-4236 and are certified by The Art & Creative Materials Institute as non-toxic, so they are suitable for use by children, as well as adults.

Transfer Paper Sampler Set contains one sheet each of white, graphite, yellow, blue, and red. Tole Painting & Decorative Crafts Set contains three sheets of white, one of graphite, and one of yellow.

Saral is the best tracing/transfer paper I have found so far. We use the black and the white. It works great for transferring designs onto vehicles, helmets, metal signs, mailboxes, etc etc. My one complaint is that the black does leave smudges on 1-shot paint that are impossible to remove. So I prefer the white saral when possible. I will keep on using this product until a more perfect one is invented.

I could always sketch a portrait perfectly, but then try to sketch it on canvas and always failed to get the perfection. This stuff is great!!! Now I can sketch it and transfer it to canvas.

I love this transfer paper. It works so much better then the carbon paper I was using. No wax, so paint stays where you put it.

This white transfer paper is simply terrific. I have used a couple other brands and this exceeds the others by far. The transfer is clean and clear even if the surface is not entirely dark. I have used the same sheet cut from the roll several times and it is still working great!

Before this i made my own paper using charcoal or pencil. This is so much easier, and the papers are definitely for long term use, not for just a few times. It erases very easily, easier then what i had made with charcoal or pencil. Try out the sample if you are not sure, or if you just need a little, it will last a long time. you wont be disappointed. great bargain.

I have used saral for years and wouldn't consider using anything else. I works wonderfully and erases or washes off easily. I prefer white which I use almost exclusively but sometimes use the graphite

This is the best tranfer paper that I have tried. It works on canvas, watercolor paper and etc. with the same great results. It erases without smugging. Once you try it you will only use this product for tracing.

This paper works fantastic for woodburning patterns! Erases easily and doesn't clog up the pen as much as the graphite paper seems to.

I was very pleased with the paper. I suggest you use one sheet per drawing and don't try to stretch by using the same paper twice.

Saral transfer paper is the best I've found for transferring images onto wood. The clear lines it leaves are fantastic and it erases after I'm done woodburning. It is a tremendous help in my profession.

It's a great product. However, I purchased the white for use on black surfaces and I have had trouble with the white powder being a very messy and hard to clean off. I would recommend the graphite for a black surface.

I had never used white graphite paper before. This is wonderful on dark papers etc. Now I will always stock it in my studio.
