Assortment contains one each of white chalk, sanguine, sepia light and dark, nero, and graphite.

Special effects can be obtained by mixing different kinds of Cretacolor products. Take care to use a fixative spray coating for all works of art made with dry art material. Leads are 5.6mm in diameter.

I have worked for many years with nero leads and I like their graphic strength and their range of tonal values, from delicate lines to juicy bold marks. They are similar in appearance to charcoal, but much more stable to smudging. I'm glad I found them again in the version of Cretacolor.
