Stainless Steel Ruler

This ruler is constructed of stainless steel and features acid etched graduations to ensure maximum accuracy and durability. One side of the ruler is in inches, with graduations every 1/16 in. (every 1/32 in. up to 3 in. and every 1/64 in. between 3 and 4 in.); the other side is metric, with graduations every mm. (every half mm. up to 10 cm.).

The ruler also has a handy conversion table (from inches to millimeters) etched into its back. The ruler is 36 in. long and 1 1/2 in. wide.

This 36" ruler allows me to be very precise when building furniture, especially dressers with inset drawers. Tape measures are just not accurate enough and vary from tape to tape.

Nice ruler. Thicker than most of this type, which can be good or bad depending on what you are using it for. The best feature is that the metric and inch scales start at the same end. Most rulers have the scales start from opposite ends which can be a pain.
