They are highly break resistant and easily erase. Two special selections of harder lead pencils for design and more technical drawing. Packaged in a decorative storage tin.

Set of 12 includes 6B, 5B, 4B, 3B, 2B, B, HB, F, H, 2H, 3H and 4H in a tin.

I've been using these wonderful pencils for years in editorial and design work. I'm very happy with this complete set, and would recommend them to all.

these pencils are consistent from grade to grade..write even more consistently than most with no grittiness and minimum crumling. The 8b is especially dark. The only pencil i know that can compare is tombou from japan. the only improvements i can see is the thinning of the lead and the availability of more grades. every brand has pros and cons but overall of the 7 brands i have tried these are the most reliable along with tombou but these have the darker softer grades.

Best set of pencils for drawing and sketching I have ever owned. Only thing I wish is that the end of these pencils would have a metal cap so that I could easliy flatten the fibers on the paper I use to draw on to get a smoother texture. Other then that these are really high quality penicls and this set is a great set for any hobby artist or pro-artist.

These STAEDTLER Mars Lumograph pencils are the finest graphite drawing pencils money can buy. A complete set of 19 pencils is all you need to render a professional-quality drawing. All of the degrees have a purpose, but you'll find yourself drawn to certain ones likes HB, 2B, and 4B. They are smooth, sharp, and always reliable. They are the perfect all around sketching and drafting tool, and the only pencil I use when it comes to drawing.

A great set of pencils for rendering in a handy container. When you open the tin that great pencil smell wafts up - reminds me of that new book smell from school. These pencils give an even consistant mark and are a joy to work with.

As far as Pencils go these are pretty good, how ever I prefer the Lead Holders that you can change the lead out in. But if you are Pencil person these are good.

The best of the best. I go to AiP and no pencil i have ever used has been so smooth and break resistent at the same time. Top choice for GD, and the only pencil carried by, and worthy enough to be in our school store.
