My sister started oil painting over a year ago and I went to a class with her in March and I was hooked. The instructor uses this easel and my husband bought it for me for Mother's Day. I absolutely love it. My sister has now decided that she needs it too. It is very sturdy when painting and a piece of cake to adjust. I LOVE IT!

I have bought a number of stands but this one is the best. The adjustable base and top, along the ability to clamp the canvas without covering any of it make it my favorite.

The STANRITE 180 is easy to carry. It is easy to adjust and holds the most common canvas sizes for painting. It is great! I have bought 6 for my students and they agree!
