The Lite Source D-Clamp is a simple device. Made entirely of metal, it will ensure that your swing arm lamp stays firmly attached to your drafting table without worrying about snapping the normally cheaply made plastic mounts that come with most lamps. Do yourself a favor and fix the problem by buying one. You'll never have to worry about it again. I actually own four of these clamps on two different tables and couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered 3 of these D-Clamps to replace some of the cheap plastic clamps that have broken on a few of my lamps. Very solid and provide the support necessary at one of the highest stress points on a swing arm lamp when adjusting.
