| Founded in 1282, the paper mill at Fabriano is the oldest continuously operated paper mill in Europe. The elegant Artistico watercolor paper represents the extremely high quality for which Fabriano is known.
These 100% cotton, mouldmade sheets are acid and chlorine free, with a neutral pH to protect against aging. They have four deckle edges, are internally sized, and feature an external sizing that is the most advanced in the world.
Artistico watercolor paper takes color beautifully and is durable, so it will withstand lifting and scraping. Ideal for watercolor, this paper is also great for gouache, ink, acrylic, pen and ink drawing, and printmaking.
Available in traditional white, which has a warm hue, and extra white, which has a brilliant white hue. 22 in. x 30 in.
