Love these paints, work well on glass buttons and easy to bake. The iridescent paints are unique and supply colors that normal paints can't.
Rated by: valerie w. in ferndale, MI
I recently purchased a home with a fantastic kitchen, however, with some very unattractive countryesque tiles scattered on the backsplash. I used these paints (silver) to cover them and they turned out beautifully. The primer goes a long way and the paint took about 4 coats. I'm very satisfied with this product. It helped change the look of my kitchen from country spice to urban chic.
Rated by: jen c. in Portland, ME
The paints are great. However, many colors weren't exactly what I thought they were due to color variations on my computer monitor. Amber red is a metallic brown, and forest green is clower to a kelly green. But I can't fault the paints for that, they are great.
Rated by: Pamala S. in Metairie, LA
The paints dried quickly and were true to color. They were easy to handle and I was pleased with the results.
Rated by: Sheryl H. in Los Angeles, CA
This paint is everything you would expect in an enamel and more. It is great. It drys fast and the color is fabulous.
Rated by: Sue S. in Winamac, IN
Great paint to work with on glass. Colors are vibrant and easy to work with. As a first time painter on glass, these are great paints.
Rated by: Cindy N. in Warren, PA
I used this product in a beginners painting class and it was very easy for my students to use.
Rated by: donna s. in Louisville, KY
Excellent paint, I used them to paint stenciled tags for Christmas so far and plan to stencil glass soon. Thanks and the prices were good.
Rated by: Kim G. in College Point, NY
Great! Always easy to use :)
Rated by: Lisa P. in Lakeland, FL
I use these paints for so many surfaces, old windows, jewelry, railroad spikes and horseshoes, wine glasses, seashells. If I use anything other than canvas or paper, I use Perm Enamel and this is a great place to get them.
Rated by: Lisa P. in Lakeland, FL
It's not real easy to find these paints and I like them the best of any I've tried. I wish MisterArt.com had more colors, like Mushroom and Country Tomato but they have a good selection at good prices and fast, friendly service. Thanks!

I paint wine glasses for a local gift shop and the local craft store does not keep a good inventory of my paints. I was so thrilled to find them on line for a better price and every color I could ever want. I also got them very quickly after I placed the order. Will probably just always order for MisterArt.com now.

I've been using Delta PE Paint for 10 years. Nothing is better for glass and tile work. I sell my artwork online and take great pride in my work. I've tried other brands, but Delta PE works best for me.
Rated by: Teri P. in Springville, PA
I used the iridescent aqua/blue to paint the back of my Dad's fish aquariums. It turned out awesome and looks much better than those cheesy backgrounds you buy at the store.
Rated by: Pierrette C. in Fairlee , VT
The solid paints and the silver and gold are totally excellent and mix well. The directions are excellent and the results are as predicted with the solids. We are using the paints inside vases and great bottles that will make great vases - so the paints have to be water resistant and hand washable (gently). Many of these have narrow necks and the paint has to be poured in and turned to cover the interior surfaces so it takes very much longer to dry than it would if used for exterior painting - so we had a learning curve to overcome and lots of bottles to re-do before we got the hang of using the Delta Paints. We use the Delta prep product as directed and wait until it is dry before painting but we are still having problems with the irridescents and the silver when used solo - the irridescents streak and spot (vertically) when drying and and the silver tends to drain so that the thickness/color coverage variance from top to bottom so both types are unacceptable for our work. Another problem is that the color charts are pretty far off on some of the colors - I can't understand why that problem can't be overcome with today's 'NET technology. The "crocus" yellow is actually Schoolbus yellow and you do not have an alternative nice light yellow. We have to mix up one. I notice that Delta makes a far wider color range and wish you would carry the entire range. I'd rather buy it all from you and not have to find other places that carry other colors. We've recommended Mrart.com to lots of our artistic and crafty friends, and certainly are glad you are around. Live long and prosper! PNC

These paints RULE! If yo have any sense of color and are a good painter, use these. They look like the real thing on all the tiles we did and seem to hold up well. I will never buy tile again, because hey! I can paint my own now.

We at Intuition Designs.net use boat loads of this paint. We sell hand painted martini & wine glasses using original designs and we can't say enough about the quality of this product! For us to use it in retail, that says much about the durablity and beauty of Delta. We do bake all our glassware, it does make it bond and it can be used top rack in a dishwasher if you do this. We also recommend you use the surface conditioner first, this will make your painting go much better and have even layers. If you really want the best results, this is the paint we recommend!

I use these oaints often. They really do act like fired ceramic glaze after 10 days drying. Very easy to work with.
Rated by: Janet G. in W. Bridgewater, MA
I have used this product before and I have great results. I use them to paint on glass and they go on well. They have a lot of colors to choose from, so they will work for any project you are doing.
Rated by: Jeri B. in Atoka, OK
I love these because you don't have to bake them to make them permanent!
Rated by: Suzanne F. in Brandon, MS
this product works great on glass, is very easy to use and has a great end result. if glass painting, don't waste your time on anything else.
Rated by: BECCA B. in LADONIA, TX
I HAVE USED THESE PAINTS FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND MAKE MY LIVING CREATING ORIGIONAL PAINTED GLASS ITEMS. I FIND THIS TO BE THE BEST OF THE AIR-DRY GLASS PAINTS AND FIND DURABILIITY TO BE IMPROVED BY BAKING, EVEN THOUGH IT ISN'T MENTIONED IN INSTRUCTION.THINNING ALSO IMPROVES EASE OF USE.

Delta Perm Enamels are smooth, and durable. They are wonderful for restoration.
Rated by: annie w. in rochester, MN
delta enamels are the absolute best. originally i purchased them to paint on glass but have found they work on almost every 'slick' surface. You should see my beautiful floral-painted heat registers! (I was going to have to replace them because of knicks and dings but I simply painted a running floral pattern on them.) VERY durable.
Rated by: lora s. in mansfield, TX
These paints are great for glass painting - I was worried... I have to paint pitchers for my son's wedding and they are turning out great. The odor is strong to me and there is a warning concerning child bearing aged women. If you are pregnant or THINKING of it do be careful with this stuff!
Rated by: Teresa C. in tucson, AZ
Great product! I teach glass painting and it's all I recommend using.
Rated by: Corliss A. in Monterey, TN
The color you see on the bottle is the color you will see on your surface. It's just that simple. I like simplicity. One caution: It dries fast and can't be 'saved for later' like other products. Place less on your palette than normal.
Rated by: Dawn F. in Mechanicsville, VA
Great! These paints mix well, and have a great consistency.
Rated by: Donna Lee N. in Rock Island, IL
I love them. They blend and work just as my paint on canvas and adapt well to my technic.
Rated by: Elizabeth C. in Cleveland, OH
Delta PermEnamels have a fantastic rich color unparalleled by anything else I have tried.
Rated by: Migdalia D. in New York City, NY
Excellent Product. Does what it promises to. But you better be sure of your design because once its on, its on. I am very pleased with this product. Much better than paint and bake products. Deeper colors. Opaque, not see through. Can't wait to get more colors.
Rated by: Mary Ann C. in Manhattan Beach, CA
I placed an order for several bottles of paint. Each bottle arrived with a piece of tape securing it, although 2 opened. I called CS and replacements were made immediately. The 5 stars go to Customer Service. The best I've dealt with recentily!!!! Haven't tried to product yet, although.

I have used these paints for 8 years now and nothing works as good as these. I have tried some of the newer and so called improved brands and they are not as good. I have created a fabulous hand painted glass company with these paints. I do hundreds of custom jobs a year. Thanks to Permenamel paints.
Rated by: Lauren in dIndianapolis , Indiana
I paint florals, angels, birds on plated brass charms. I have used these paints for about 8 years and have never had a problem with them. Usually I put a small coating of resin over the plated metal before I use the enamel paints , as opposed to using the enamel paints on a plated metal surface. The end result is great!
Rated by: Nichole S. in Toledo, OH
Absolutely LOVE these paints! I've painted glassware and wood for about three years now and these are my favorite paints to use. No baking necessary, colors are true and smooth. They are discontinued now but I have had help with finding colors I need from MisterArt.com! Thank you so much!
Rated by: Katarina in Boston, MA
These paints are really great, especially if you are using them on glass tiles or porous surfaces. I tried acrylic paints and the stenciling magic paint, and this was by far the best. It went on smooth, the lettering dried crisp and clean and didn't leak under the stencil. It was a bit difficult washing it off of the stencil, but overall, this is a minor negative, given how beautiful it dries and looks on the final product.
Rated by: Jen in Texas
I use several different brands of glass paint but prefer PermEnamel over all of them. They are easy to use and come in a variety of colors. They are definitley more permanent after baking. My complaint is that it takes several coats to become truly opaque when applying with a paint brush and I have had a difficult time getting the glasses clean and clear after using the surface conditioner. Otherwise, this is a great product and I highly recommend using PermEnamel paints.
Rated by: Renee - Kudos Kitchen in Bartlett, IL
I love all the Delta glass paints! No other paint manufacturer comes close to their quality. I run a successful home based internet business and rely solely on Delta perm enamel paints. They never let me down!
Rated by: Wanda in Big Island Hawaii
I have used Delta Permenamel for years for glass painting. Very happy, had good business selling to stores etc., My glassware started having complaints that the paint was coming off! This happened about a month or so after my orders were delivered and shop customers were returning items for refunds!!! The paint looked great at first then started lifting! I spoke to the tech dept for Delta and had NO RESOLVE. I explained that I was not new at this and did everything by the book and had always had great results till about two years ago when I lost a lot of accounts and a lot of money and a huge hole in my reputation! I live on an island and word travels fast. Needless to say I'm out of the glass painting business! This devastated me and I felt like Delta was completely uninterested and would not address the problem at all

Been using these paints for years and absolutely LOVE them! So happy to find your site as I am no longer able to purchase them retail near where I live.
Rated by: Lanelle's Art in San Antonio, Texas
Local stores no longer carry these unique and very easy to work with paints. I am delighted to find a full line of the paints in your online store where the service was great and the delivery very quick. I was pleased when I dealt with your customer service person. Thank you very much!
Rated by: Duane in St. Simons Island, GA
I've been using these paints for several years to paint wildlife on wind glasses to donate for auction a various charity events. This is all I paint and the only reason I paint. I like the paint a lot; however, removing the foil cover is a real pain. I broke the top of one of the containers trying to do so. I eventually just cut the foil off - messy, but it worked better than using the pull tab.

Not suitable for glass. I'm my experience, the paint lifted right off when my item was exposed to hot water. I also found it scrapes right off with my fingernail.
