Do I have to register on your Web site before I order?
You may browse our online store without registering. However, to place an order, we do need you to register. Your online account at MisterArt.com stores all of the information related to your orders including addresses, tracking information, order receipts, and favorite products. MisterArt.com stores all of this information for you by e-mail address and password.
How do I place an order online?
You may log in or create an account before you start shopping or at checkout. When you find an item you would like enter the quantity in the box next to the item and click Add to Cart. When you are finished shopping, click View Cart. If your cart contains all of the items you'd like, click the Checkout button. Provide your shipping and billing addresses, choose the shipping type, choose the payment type, then review and place your order.

What type of security do you have for online transactions?
At MisterArt.com we take every precaution to ensure the security of your transaction. All electronic transactions have SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for security when transmitting your account information. An email will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order to notify you that the order has been received and is in process. The Federal Law protects your online credit-card transactions just like your offline transactions. Your liability is limited to a maximum of $50.00 in charges.
What types of payment do you accept?
MisterArt.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover as well as money orders, bank-cleared checks. We also accept PayPal payments using existing PayPal balances, bank drafts, and credit cards. At checkout, you will be presented with these payment options.

Can I place an order by phone, fax, or mail?
In addition to placing orders online, you may phone in, fax in, or mail your order. Add all of the items you would like to your shopping cart. When you're ready to checkout, click View Cart, then Checkout. Follow the steps in the checkout process. When you arrive at the payment page, choose pay by credit card online, phone or fax in your credit card information, or mail a check or money order. Make your selection then review and place your order. Your receipt page will contain an order number and instructions regarding the next step to completing your order payment.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, MisterArt.com does not require a minimum order.
Do you charge sales tax on the orders?
Sales taxes will be applied to all orders being shipped to a Texas address, which is the location of our distribution center.
Can I add products to my order once it has been placed?

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
MisterArt.com staff strives to fill and ship your order as promptly as possible. As such, once an order has been placed, you cannot cancel it. Do you handle back orders?
MisterArt.com does not handle back orders. If for any reason a product you have ordered is not in stock, our customer service representatives will attempt to contact you. The out-of-stock item will be removed from your order and shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be adjusted to correspond to the items shipped.
