For a limited time, MisterArt.com is offering free shipping on orders in excess of $200 with some restrictions:

- Valid on orders shipped within the continental U.S. only.

- If an order of more than $200 contains a size or weight restricted item (marked OS, OS+, heavy) or the order exceeds 30 lbs., the customer pays only the surcharge; the base shipping rate is free.
- If an order of more than $200 contains a factory direct item, the customer pays the factory direct shipping charge and any other size or weight restricted item charges; the base shipping rate is free.
- Not valid on the purchase of gift certificates.
- Cannot be combined with other offers.

How quickly will I receive my package?
The map below depicts estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping from the date of order. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. Note: At this time, weekend delivery is not available.
For Rush and Expedited options, please add one to three days in-house processing time plus the transit time: one day for Rush or two days for Expedited. When all is combined, an order with Rush delivery may take up to three (3) business days to arrive. Note: Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may vary significantly.
What are the additional shipping charges for oversized, heavy, and hazardous items?
Shipping carriers assess additional fees for packages over 30 lbs., hazardous goods, and oversized items. Products that incur these additional fees are indicated on the site by the icons below.

What is truck shipping? 
Many of the items MisterArt.com sells are too large to be shipped by typical shipping carriers; therefore, we must ship them via freight service. To receive a shipping estimate for items of this kind, add desired items to your shopping cart. Click "View Cart" and type in your ZIP code for a shipping estimate. Freight service or truck shipping is delivered to curbside. Additional costs for inside delivery and lift gate are incurred by the customer and paid directly to the freight company upon delivery scheduling. Note: We cannot ship Truck items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
What is factory direct? 
Items marked factory direct are shipped directly to you from a manufacturer. Shipping charges for factory direct items are flat rates noted in the product description. If you order additional items, calculate your shipping on the subtotal of the non-factory direct items only.
Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may arrive separately. Note: Factory Direct items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
At this time, we do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to Guam or other U.S. protectorates. MisterArt.com currently ships to all 50 states, as well as APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship to APO/FPO address?
Yes, MisterArt.com now ships to APO/FPO addresses. We cannot, however, ship items marked ORM-D, Factory Direct, and Truck to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping costs are listed in shipping rates. Note: Delivery times may vary significantly.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! MisterArt.com does ship orders to post office boxes; however, some restrictions apply based on value and weight of order. Note: we cannot ship items marked ORM-D, Factory Direct, and Truck to PO Boxes.
Do you ship to correctional facilities?
Although MisterArt.com does ship to administrative offices within correctional facilities, we do not ship to inmates at such facilities.
Do you send partial shipments?
MisterArt.com strives to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In such cases, we will remove the missing items from your invoice and either ship the remaining items on your order or contact you for instructions on how to proceed. Note: we do not process backorders, so you are only billed for items that ship.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information for your package(s). This information is also available by logging in to "My Account" and clicking "Order History." Note: In some cases tracking information may not be available.
