Twist Up Crayons have brilliant colors and are non toxic. To use Twist Up Crayons simply twist the dial at end of each crayon barrel clockwise to advance crayon tips for use. To retract crayons, twist dial counter clockwise. Retract crayons after use to protect tips. Contains 16 colors including two metallic and two fluorescent.
