Thins with water and gives a permanent finish on almost any surface like fabric, paper, wood, glass, plaster and ceramic. Ideal for Halloween, night lights, light switches, darkrooms, and more. Not to be used on skin or hair.

Available in a 0.5 oz. (14.78 ml) jar.
