Can these pencils be used to sketch like regular pencils? Are they supposed to be used like watercolor paint? - Asked by angelica on 13-Jan-14
Answer
Inktense pencils apply like regular colored pencils, but when brushed with water, they transform into a translucent ink-like wash. Once dry, the color is permanent and other media, wet or dry, may be used on top of the wash. - Answered by MisterArt on 13-Jan-14Is there a way to see all of the colors in the 72-set of Inktense pencils? - Asked by Sandra on 17-Aug-13
