I use the layout pencils for preliminary drawings, finishing my pieces with my favorite medium, charcoal. The General layout pencils ive a strong line, easily eraseable. As I branch out into trying out other media, I plan on still using the layout pencil for my rough sketches. These are hard for me to find locally--love it that Misterart sells by the dozen! What a lifesaver!!
