Didn't try painting the PermEnamel paints on glass without first applying the conditioner so don't know if it still works without it, but had no problems and everything turned out well!

I used the permenamel thinner. I found the permenamel glass paint to viscous to get an even texture on my glass painting. The thinner did help get an even texture, though the result was more transparent than I wanted, so I had to apply multiple coats. The end result was much improved though.

I used the metal primer and it works great if you're useing acrylic paint.Paint adheres well and won't lift off when sprayed on top with clear spray as other primers cause it to do.
