Scotch® Mounting Tape is a strong self-sticking, high density foam tape which has adhesive on both sides. Used to mount objects on most types of walls. Excellent for use in rubber stamping projects. Not recommended for use on wallpaper, delicate surfaces, or walls painted with flat paint.

I use it for 3D elements on cards and decos. It isn't quite sticky enough to attach small, slippery items like pieces of confetti but it works well underneath cardboard.
