I love the dover coloring books. I'm a great grandmother and this is my relaxation. I bought this book for my daughter who is into ancient egypt and she was thrilled with it. I'll soon haave my whole fanily coloring.

I have a kindergarten student who loves everything about Egypt. I used this book as a reward for his good behavior. His family loved the pictures in the coloring book so much that his Dad made copies of each page so that his son could color them over and over again.

The Ancient Egyptian Design Coloring Book is exactly what it states. Beautiful renderings of actual ancient wall paintings and objects show both designs and scenes from "The New Kingdom Period." Interior and exterior cover art give a reference for colors use by the early artists made from materials available to them. Great book to color in. Good pictures of the way it was in Egypt, and a pleasant way to learn about the different rulers of Egypt. I color for fun, when I have time. The pictures are beautiful once they are finished. I color pictures with my daughter too, I am 59 and she is 41 years old. We love coloring together, and it passes the hours with a lot of fun. We both have a sense of accomplishment as we finish each picture.
