Frames feature a specially-designed Nielsen metal molding in classic black. Frame is 1 in. thick. Mats and mount boards are 100% archival rag. All white mat.

Mat opening position and sizes are stated below. Actual opening is approximately 1/2 in. smaller.

These frames are the best that I have been able to find anywhere. I have been asked to display some of my photos that I took on a trip to Italy a few years ago. The display will be part of a semiannual Art Walk in Olympia, WA. I do not consider myself an artist, just a person that takes lots of photos and some of them turn out. Anyway I love these frames. They were just what I wanted: black frame with all white mats, perfect. The only thing that would be better is if I could custom order the mat openings to the size that I normal print my digital pictures. Then I would not have to trim them.

Beautiful frame for black and white photography. Also nice for other images. Very good quality frame.
