The palette of perfect pearl powders are now available in a 2 oz. spray to expand your paper crafting possibilities. Spray a little fine mist for a subtle look or spray a lot for an intense shimmer. These sprays can be used for backgrounds, with stamps, stencils, masks, or as a finishing touch. Their water-based formula was developed with a built-in binder to adhere to other surfaces besides paper such as wood and fabric.
