These ar the only pencils I use for my graphite drawings. Best for fine detail and rich blacks. Great price and great service. Thanks, Mister Art!

A time-tested favorite. I use HB because they go on dark and sharp without applying too much pressure, but are soft enough to get tonal variation should I choose to do so. The supple wood seems to sharpen down pretty quickly however.

you cannot find it having a very good price with good quality

These are beautifully made pencils with consistent highest quality in their "lead." They're great for any drawing and writing.

I have been using these excellent pencils in my work for years, and have never found any better. They provide a clean line and do not smear.

These are simply the very best art pencils your money can buy. I have been buying them for over 8 years and there is no comparisson. I don't want, nor use any other! These are it!
Rated by: Jonathan H. in sioux falls, SD
These pencils are the best I have found yet...they hold a point very well but also are softer and darker than other brands I have come in contact with. An HB can achieve a myriad of tones. Great pencils and misterart is fantastic for selling boxes of 12!

Staedtler 8B, AND 7B pencils are much blacker than other brands of similar hardness and are vary helpful in my drawings.
