This is a cutting tool to make holes in cloth or leather. To use, hold the material securely to keep it from moving and place the Screw Punch up right where you want the hole and press the punch handle downward. The bit will turn to make a perfect hole easily. Change bits for three other sizes. Screw Punch contains one 3.0 mm bit with screw in a plastic pouch for easy storage. Additional sized bits sold separately.
