Adhesive Penby Mona Lisa
The Mona Lisa Adhesive Pen makes it easy to apply metal leafing. Use it like a pen to write or draw designs on a variety of surfaces. After 5-10 min., press metal leaf onto the project and then gently remove the excess leaf. The pen has dual tips; just pull the bullet tip out of the pen, flip, and it becomes a chisel tip. The two tips make the pen perfect for creating embellishments, fine detail, signatures, calligraphy, lace design, ornaments, and more. The pen’s adhesive is both non toxic and acid free. The Mona Lisa Adhesive Pen comes with six sheets (5 1/2 in. x 2 1/2 in.) of either gold or silver Simple Leaf, a micro-thin metal leaf. My only complaint is a minor one and that is that when applying the foil paper you don't get a crisp edge. Otherwise it's a cool addition to my supplies. Please wait...

Can the pen be used on vehicles to place emblems and lettering? - Asked by edwardBermudez on 17-Feb-14
Answer
This pen is a water-based adhesive designed for use with the provided thin gold foil - not for applying premade emblems or lettering made out of other materials. This adhesive may be applied to metal surfaces, but requires both surface preparation and a clear-coat sealer for proper adhesion to vehicles. - Answered by MisterArt on 20-Feb-14Can I use this product over an oil painting done on top of gesso on a wooden board ? - Asked by tammio on 07-Jul-13
