Setacolor Soleil fabric paints are heat/light activated colors ideal for use on all natural fabrics: cotton, velvet, and blends. Simply apply the colors to damp fabric, lay card or acetate shapes, leaves or other masks onto the wet fabric, expose to the warmth of sunlight or a lamp, and presto! The shapes are printed permanently onto the fabric. These paints are non-toxic and water based. Setacolor Soleil paints become permanent once heat set. Colorfast and washable.
