These sprays are absolutely fabulous! The colors are really vibrant and blend really well with acrylic paints. I highly recommend these! Wear gloves or your hands will be stained for a few days!

I LOVE this product! the size is large than some of the other washes available and the price is AWESOME!! i love how easily it sprays and the clean up is easy.

These color washes add touches of color without the artist having to mix paint and water in a bottle. That is already done for you! Just spray and wipe the excess off. I like to let some of the drips show, also, on my wood or canvas; it makes for an interesting pattern of color. I would buy this product again if I run out!

I used these on some textile, silk projects! They apply evenly once you get the hang of spraying (the first few times I'd get drips/drops .....) WORK outside - and away from EVERYTHING.

I used these color washes with my high school students to make the backgrounds on books they were writing. The washes can be used with stencils and other fun techniques, and the students showed a lot of ingenuity when they used them and had great results!

Love these dyes to make funky paper, and to age photos. Super convenient in the spray bottle.

I love these inks for dyeing fabric for my wall art. I also use them to overdye highlights in the cloth. They are fabulous.

The new colorwashes are a wonderful change from inkpads and have given a new way to do stippling without the backwash! After spritzing it on paper, spritz over with water; it gives a great watercolor effect. Open the top and dip a brush in!

I love the quality of the Adirondack inks, so I was curious about the color washes. What a suprise! The bottle is HUGE! The colors are vibrant, you can use the spray top for the spatter effects, or open the bottle for use in other applications on fabric, paper, wood and more. I can't wait until my next order comes in!

The possibilities are endless with these color washes. Dilution with water creates variety in tone and intensity from high color to soft pastel. Experiment on watercolor paper or Japanese paper for stunning yet easy to do watercolor results useful for backgrounds. You'll love these!

Adirondack color washes are WONderful! First, they are much cheaper than liquid water-based dyes. Second, they have plenty of strength so they can be diluted quite a bit for backgrounds and such. Heat setting makes them permanent so you can glaze with other colors, etc. I would advise buying empty spritzer/misters to make diluted solutions to spray first, then go in with full strength.

These color washes are great. I use them for coloring cheesecloth as either the undergarment or shawl of my polymer clay art dolls. Great stuff. Also, MisterArt sells all 14 colors. The RangerInk website as of 5/19/2007, lists only 12 colors. The lettuce, butterscotch and terra cotta are my favorite colors. All are nice.
