I study Interior Design online while living in a small town, so I rely on the internet to get all of the supplies I need. My illustration board arrive unbent! I can't even guarantee that when I buy something at the store and bring it home.

A wonderful alternative to using oil paints over watercolor (prefixed). The board is smooth and stays firm. The shipment was super quick and the board extremely well protected. A nice surprise.

I use this product because it is 100% cotton. Either side can be used. I paint in oils on this board. The board can easily be split in half to create two thinner boards. I split the board when I need to have the board scanned for illustrations that are going to be put on a laser scanner for print production. It fits the scanning drum nicely. The tooth of the cold press board is just right for painting. I love this stuff.
