This product has been a staple of my design career since College. I have found no substitutes for it, though others have tried to imitate it. Use it as art mounting tape or drafting tape; masking in rendering, so long as it's not repelling lots of water; scrapbooking; jar and tool labels; even used it as a medium (as in collage). I hope 3M continues this product even though the graphic industry no longer requires so much of it. Its tack strength is forgiving enough to be removable for some time (unless allowed to age for literally years) yet tough enough to properly mount most papers on boards and under mats; plus it seldom leaves any residue. I put this tape in the same category as 3M's other great invention, the Post-It note.

This tape is as good and as flexible in its use as the 3M Post-It Note. It has great adhesion when you need and removes as cleanly and easily as the post-it note. I love it and use for everything!

I use this product for marking the channel strips on recording mixers. Because of the low tack and no residual adhesive, it is excellent for this use. It can also be written on with Sharpie pens and the like. This is a hard to find product and is was great doing business with MisterArt.com.

This is the second time I've ordered this product. I like to paint watercolor and this tape will fix my paper to my surface and not tear when it's time to remove it. Really useful.

This is the best tape for painting stripes or masking other straight lines on walls. It almost never pulls off the undercoat of paint when it's removed.
