Provides better adhesion and opacity of finish paint. Helps to create a very smooth, professional looking finish. Lacquer resistant and can be topcoated with almost any paint finish. 12 oz.

It was everything I expected from a Krylon spray. It didn't dry as fast as it said it would, but does provide good adhesion and semi-opaque finish.

Purchased for circle saw blades that were in bad shape...dirt and lots of rust. Cleaned them till rust and dirt free. Sprayed with product. Was able to paint on them with acrylics the same day. Agree, it doesn't dry as fast as stated, but gave good coverage. The final test will be time, to see if it inhibits rust forever!

Great primer for use in my metal and assemblage projects. Adheres well and leaves a smooth even opaque coat with minimal effort. Nice spray head is easy to direct and seems to stay clean and resist clogging.

Krylon got me through art school- I used the primer on a very smooth plastic and it coated well. Does everything it advertises.
