I used these to paint the details on Gijoe figures which are made out of plastic. They work pretty well for areas like the boots and holsters which aren't that noticeable. However they don't exactly match the original colors and with certain figures, it is easier to tell that the toy has been painted over. For this price though I would recommend the paints, especially basics like black and silver. Not entirely a bad deal....
