I am an amateur artist and use Grumbacher oils along with Rembrandt and Windsor Newton. In comparison, Grumbacher colors are true, the consistency is good and the price is right!

These paints are great for a beginner on a budget. They are as good as the more expensive paints. This is the brand I stick with especially when I'm practicing.

Painting is my thing for me. No phones no job, nothing but my painting... but these paints help me loose myself in what I'm doing so that I enjoy the texture and consistancy without fighting the paints. I trust the colors and how it comes out of the tube.

Pretty good for the price...a few are a little "watery" but this doesn't affect it's mixing or "pop". Great for someone who isn't serious yet or just wants to experiment without spending a fortune.
