These semi-moist full-pan student grade watercolors are made from all natural pigments and come in rich transparent colors. Sets feature trays with two mixing wells and snap-on lids. A small brush is also included with each.

Set of 8: yellow, orange, red, brown, green, blue, purple, and black.

Set of 12: white, yellow, orange, red, dark red, brown, purple, ochre, green, dark green, blue, and black.

I buy these sets to give to my students at the Family Camp we attend every August. I teach Plein-Aire watercolor painting to adults and teens, and somtimes kids there. These paints are wonderful. The consistency it slightly gooey, so they dissolve faster, and the colors are (except for the carnelian) very natural. They mix well, set nicely and are a nice blend of dye and pigment. VERY GOOD VALUE for the beginner and the advanced student. Love them... I have paintings I have done years ago and they hold up well. One thing though: Throw away the brush: it stinks. And don't eat them.

I teach basic watercolor lessons at our local Senior Center. These paints have been wonderful for my beginning students. They are ideal because the cost is low and the success that the students have painting with them is great. I highly recommend them for beginning or advanced painters.

These paints offer a basic variety that is perfect for students or beginning artists to practice with and learn with. They are easy to use and the results are very pleasing. An excellent buy for anyone especially those who want to experiment a little or aren't sure exactly what they want.

Hard to believe that these watercolors are excellent and very cheap! I've been using the yarka water colors for the past 4 years now, and I've created wonderful works of art, and I didn't need to spend tons of money on watercolor sets! I highly recommend these to any beginner or professional painter.

I have been using Yarka student water colour set for 8 years. The colors are fabulous for painting landscapes. Very little mixing is needed to have a very realistic colors. The price is great. I don't know why anyone needs those expensive water color sets that sell for $50 and up. This one works great!

This is okay as a back up, but the brush doesn't spread well. The colors are not true hues. Not bad for dropping thumbnails, but not for the finished product.
