These sketch pads contain 50 sheets of acid free sketch paper. They're double wire bound (18 in. x 24 in. pad is tape bound), and every sheet is micro-perforated for a smooth, tear-off end.

With their medium tooth, 50 lb. paper, these pads are great for sketching in pencil, ink, charcoal, Conte Crayon, and colored pencil.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase of this sketchpad. I had only a few criteria in mind going in (wirebound/perforated, 100 sheets), and I have been substantially impressed that -- even with the lighter weight than drawing pad sheets and the amount of lugging around I do with the sketchbook-- my pencils have not smudged at all.
