I purchased the 4x6 versions for my team of creatives and developers and requested they use as an idea book or a journal for innovation. The 4x6 is a little small, cover is durable, the paper is smooth and heavy weight, and the pencil loop is a well made, convenient feature. I was pleased with the quality and the team appears to be using as suggested.

The look and feel of these sketchbooks is fantastic. For drawing and pen and ink they are great and a very good value for the money. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the paper buckles badly with only minimal watercolor washes.

These little books are great! I bought a bunch and gave one to every student (and a few parents too). Everyone appreciated the high quality paper and small size that allows them to jot down images, thoughts, or just doodles whenever the mood strikes. Now I have to reorder for myself! I looked all over Manhattan trying to find these sketch books. Not even the biggest of art supply stores had them. I finaly found them here at such a great price that I ordered enough to last me a while. The pencil loop on this sketch book is such a nice feature. I tend to past alot of photo and other things in my sketchbooks that on other brands have broken the binding, not on these however. They have held together really well. I recomend the 4in 6in it fits nicely in you pocket or bag so you can take it with you anywhere.

These are an excellent value for the money. The 5 x 8 size even has an elastic band to keep it closed. The paper is very smooth and takes both ink and pencil beautifully. I want to order a dozen more! Thank you!

I have had a lot of sketchbooks before but this one is by far the best. The pages take ink and pencil equally well and the binding is very durable. The pen loop is very useful for travel. All around a great investment.

I purchased the 8.5 x 11 and its the best, lowest priced, heaviest paper sketchbook on the market. It lays flat, accepts pen with no bleed through. Its the perfect nature journal.
