These notebooks are pretty nice. I, however, am unobservant and didn't read that these notebooks were fairly small. I expected them to be moleskine sized, but they are only 3.5 x 5.5 and are bound at the top, so they look a little like a detective notebook. I got the grid kind, and there are a few lines at the top for writing and a fairly heavy grid for the rest of the page. They will still work for what I want them for and I like that they are perforated.
