This spiral bound, hardback journal contains 70 sheets of college ruled (3/8 in.), general purpose sketch paper. The paper is of 60 lb. weight and is acid free. It's also environmentally friendly, consisting of over 50% recycled materials.

These notebooks are excellent. I use them for journaling an average of 100 pages a month. They are easy to write on, take the ink well, and store neatly. The only store in Chicago that carries them has them for $5 more than the regular MisterArt.com price. Since I use so many of them, not only is this an excellent product, the price is very attractive.
